A Beautiful Spring Day in NYC

Battery Park, NYC
I find myself still going over the multitude of photos I took while in NYC!  Here's one I took on a 90F day last week, while strolling around Battery Park (before we headed for the ferry to take us to Liberty and Ellis Islands).  As I complete my photos, I will show you a few more. ;)
Happy Friday!

a little getaway!

Thompson Street, Greenwich Village, NYC
We had a brief getaway in NYC!  We're grateful that such a fabulous city is just a five hour drive from the Cape -- I only wish we visited more often!  And the weather was near 90F almost the entire time we were there.  We walked as a family on average seven miles per day - I LOVED all the exercise!  I have some fun photos to show you; I'm still in the process of downloading and going through them all.  I also went to the Garment District to buy beads for my jewelry business... now that was a REAL treat!  I hope to post about my trip soon...

Memories of Christmas Past

Cupcakes from a kindergarten party...

a snowy winter holiday at home...

the city lights on a cold winter's night in Boston...

and a school trip to see the Rockettes in NYC!

It's amazing the memories you can jog when you go through your old photos on your computer! The memories they bring to me, make me realize how grateful I am for my family and friends, and for the experiences we're able to share. ;)
What fun holiday memories have you stashed away on your computer?
Happy Wednesday!
